I suggest adding an accessory that combines all the balloons for 5 double jumps. The bundle of balloons is the final double jump related accessory, but despite this, it only gives you 3 out of the 5 available double jumps. Also this accessory wouldn't be too strong either since people replace balloons with other movement accessories early hardmode anyways.

I disagree with the last point. Bundle of balloons is an extremely strong accessory that can absolutely compete and even outperform most early-mid Hardmode wings due to its vastly increased maneuverability, with the tradeoff of duration compared to some other mid-hardmode wings; but unlike maneuverability, a lack of mid-air duration can simply be solved by having a larger arena. Having all 5 double jumps in one accessory would make it very, if not too strong indeed.
