I have been playing Terraria for a while, and I was wondering, is there any way to find your save files on the phone, using a computer? (Plug in phone to pc and access files that way)

In general, no. The save files are not intended to be accessed in that manner.
If you use the cloud backup/save feature with Google Drive, then those saves are accessible that way.
Modifying the internal files of the game - including world/character files - is not supported at this time, and we currently restrict most discussion about that.
