Affects all items that inflict debuffs; bullets, flasks, and weapons, for example. This family of modifiers makes them last longer whenever they are activated on enemies. It is rounded up to the next second, and affects all classes.

E.g. Using Ichor Bullets with a single accessory that has the Hazardous prefix gives you 12 seconds of Ichor debuff; this is a a 5 percent increase of the normal 10 seconds.

However, the longer a debuff lasts when inflicted, the more noticeable the effect this family of modifiers has.

Toxic: +4% inflicted effect duration

Hazardous: +5% inflicted effect duration

Lethal: +6% inflicted effect duration

Fatal: +7% inflicted effect duration

...this mechanic is not needed for adding handicap, harm and disease to bosses and enemies...
