Eu estava tentando fazer o Truffle desovar no mundo, mas não o fez. Atendi todos os requisitos do bioma Bright Mushroom na superfície, na casa e tudo, mas não gerou. Fui ver as conquistas e faltava uma, só aquela que indica que estou no hardmode. Mas ela é como se eu não a tivesse entendido, aparentemente ela reiniciou. Depois voltei a enfrentar o Muro da Carne, só que não ganhei a conquista e continua como se não tivesse vencido. Imagino que seja isso que esteja impedindo o Truffle de aparecer, porque cumpri todos os requisitos e ele não aparece. Estou usando equipamento e armadura de harmode para provar que estou nele. Isso em uma jornada mundial no modo Master.

I see you have Titanium Armor, but you don't have the achievement for breaking an demonaltar, You also don't have the achevement for making a Molten Pickaxe, even though you have one. Best advice I can give is reset your game, and kill the wall of flesh again. Also, make sure the game considers it a Mushroom biome, the music and background have to change entirely, it has to be big enough. A screenshot would be nice.
