Action Move

Well, okay, here's a second request :p
It's similar to the first one, as this is all for a suggestion.

I'd like this pillar, wriggling in the same fashion as the other one, to create a bunch of stars, similar to the Twinkle and Twinkle Popper. Here's another gif for reference:

At the same time, I'd like three of these (one for the bottom, left, and right) to surround the pillar, not moving, and pulsating. The size (length width) of the gif should also be similar to the other, but it doesn't have to be.

I don't get it, what three? Star / Pillar?

Three stars would surround the pillar, pulsating. Here's a reference pic again:

Oh okay, well this next one is pretty simple, it's another pillar.
Wriggling in the same fashion as the other two, this is the Nebula Pillar:
Pillar3.png

It would shoot out this projectile:

(It's a spritesheet to make it easier for you to animate :p)
around the pillar in a circle. Once it returns to the top of the pillar, completing a circle, it would explode into three of these projectiles:

The projectiles can fire in any three directions you like :p

How much projectile is needed to circle the pillar?

My Request:
I would like you to make a tutorial on how to make fluid action sprites
Ok, Here is the explanation about how do i make animation.
Simply, I don't know much, but this might help you.
1. Timing
You know fps right? frame per second, thats it, to animate something smoother, you should know the trick to timing your frame. If you look closely you can see the diference between two images below. the first one contain 6 frames, and the second contain 8 frames.

2. Motion Blur
I do use this sometimes, like clothier. Motion blur seems like an illusion for fast moving object.

3. Color Transition
If certain particle getting smaller, Its color become darker too.
