I can't really tell you about utilize motion blur in piskel since i got the same problem. My tips, think slow, key frame, look up for reference(there are plenty in google).

I would like two separate gifs, one with each armor and sword:

Both would be riding a drakomire mount

and would drop down from the top of the gif. Upon hitting the ground, the Drakomire would roar and the armors would lift their sword up. Thanks

That one frame at the beginning is sources / material used in the animation, instead of open another program to copy and pasting. Also, that animation isn't complete, just a basic movement / pose
