I feel like there should be a secret world seed or an event where Hell erupts or is encountered on the surface of the world- altering many mobs, adding new weapons, terrain, and even minable ores. I think a massive fissure in the ground would be nice as well- having occasional demons swarming out and maybe large “Named” Monarch Mini bosses appearing with demonic armies following by.
