Weapons & Equip Add a Phantasm Dragon Mount and a Wyvern Mount

So the credit of this idea goes to them, however I wanted to share my idea on how to make it balanced and work in Terraria, as well as how to also add Phantasm Dragon Mount along with it
So first, the Wyvern Saddle could be an mount item that drops from Moonlord. It'll summon a rideable Wyvern and has slightly slower speed than the Celestial Starboard, like the video shows. In exchange for slower speed, it'll be able to fly endlessly and just a fun idea. However, my idea kind of adds onto it. I was thinking that a drop from the Lunatic Cultist could be an item called the Phantasm Shard, and it drops in quantities of around 10-59, and if you gather 520 of them, you can craft the Phantasm Tablet, and when crafted together with the Wyvern Saddle, you can craft the Phantasm Saddle, which will summon a Phantasm Dragon for you to ride on. Not only is it slightly faster than the Celestial Starboard(when Starboard is not holding down), it'll keep the other perks of the Wyvern Saddle. I thought it'd be a really cool and fun idea, and wanted to share it. I would love to see this get added into the game!

Why is the phantasm tablet outrageously expensive for no reason at all? 10-59 shards (which is a massive range, by the way) per cultist kill means you'll have to defeat the lunatic cultist 16 times on average to get this thing. May I remind you that the cultist is the most annoying boss in the game to farm, since you need to defeat all 4 celestial pillars before you can summon him again.

It would definitely make more sense for this to be balanced around needing to kill cultist twice to obtain, assuming the intent is for it to be a cool thing to have access to late in the game. Could make one cultist kill drop enough materials for this, but the cultist is rewarding enough already, what with him unlocking pillar gear.

This seems like really weird looping back behavior. Maybe the Wyvern mount is obtained post golem by killing an Arch Wyvern and it gets upgraded to the Phantasmal dragon mount after defeating the cultists.

The shards could perhaps be used for lunatic cultist drops ?? Or a expert item sm

This idea particularly is way too complicated and unessecary. Just make it an Lunatic Cultist Expert drop.

Fair point. I was thinking that the mount would be really good, and needed a way to balance it, so I wanted it to be hard to get but not outrageously hard. Didn't realise I was still making it outrageously hard lol...

Based on feedback, I think it'd be better to make it Expert/Master Mode drop, make Wyvern mount accessible Post Golem with a chance to drop from Wyverns, and HEAVILY decrease the amount of Phantasm Shards needed.
