Biomes & Nature Add surface chests in the tundra biome

The Snow biome on the surface is extremely empty, there are very few mobs and a boring generation, on the other hand the wooden chests on the surface can be quite frustrating to not have certain accessories like the aglet or the climbing claws due to the lack of accessible chests. I know it's possible to obtain these accessories by fishing or from the skeleton merchant, but it's a shame that the snow biome generally close to the spawn and quite empty doesn't have chests on its surface.
So my suggestion is simple : add boreal wood chests to the snow biome surface and with the same item pool as the normal ones, except for torches which would be converted into ice torches.
