Items Adding the “Rain Totem” from Stardew Valley (or something that functions similarly if the crossover isn’t a possibility)

Often times for my builds I like to put a music box playing a fitting track but for my latest build I needed the thunderstorm music and my world just didn’t rain for eons. I don’t know the logistics of adding a Stardew Valley item now, but adding an item that forces rain would make a lot of rain based events less RNG based and more awesome. (i.e. thunderstorms, Ice golems, Deerclops, etc.)
