I am making a comic series kinda similar with tons of cancer in it.
This comic, is almost close to cancer, however if you want close to cancer, you have to check out mine.
But in all words explained,

Cancer is nothing to make fun of in my eyes. Calling things that are "cringey" or "bad" cancer is just plain rude. Millions of people have died from cancer. You can call things "cancer" on other people's posts and statuses, but please not mine.

I agree, so I use it as symbolism. I we’ll refrain from using it on your threads.
