PS4 All Armors Achievement bug?

Madman5000

Terrarian
Hello, I have been working on the knight in shining armors achievement for a hot second and I am confused why I don't have it.
I am not sure if it's a bug or if I am missing one, so maybe someone here can help me.
Here is a list of all the armors I have in the order they appear in the wiki:

  • Viking Helmet
  • Night Vision Helmet
Armors I don't have (That I read shouldn't be needed):

PreHardmode:
  • Rain Armor (Pretty sure I had but did not save)
  • Snow Armor (same as rain armor)
  • Pink Snow
  • Angler
  • some ancient armors (definitely shouldn't be needed)
Hardmode:
  • Legacy console armors (don't exist anymore)
Wizard set:
  • Magic Hat
  • Wizard Hat (Think I had at one point with this character, definitely had with others)
Misc:
  • Diving Helmet (Almost certain I have it somewhere. but now I can't seem to find it in my chests.)

I have all the variant helmets for each set as well. everything shown in do not have I have read that it is not needed for the trophy. Are one of the missing armors required? The only one I have any concerns about in the list is the wizard hat dropped from Tim. Can anyone offer any insight to this?

Perhaps try creating a new world, and get a new character to go in and place chests as well as transfer all the armours across. Then create another new character to go in and equip all those armours from the chests.
This seems to work for a lot of people, but if not then there might be something missing

I will try that, but until then, if anyone else has any input about whether any of the ones in missing are required for this or has an official list of required armors, it would be greatly appreciated.
