PC All guis that are supposed to be on-screen disappeared?

They only appear back after I press F11, but it shows weird graphic text things.

The second screenshot shows debugging information that is usually toggled with F7. Why it shows when you press F11 (which toggles the GUI) I have no idea.
To my knowledge it isn't possible to reconfigure which Fn key do what from inside Terraria. Are you using some kind of key remapping software?

The only thing I can think of that might fix the issue is deleteing config.json and input profiles.json in your Documents/My Games/Terraria folder.
