Personally I think expert items shouldn't be tinkered. They are quite strong on their own, and shouldn't be tinkered.

the only problem with this whole thing is it would be completely OP
like it'd be better than master ninja gear and frozen shield

To overpowered at all points at progression.underpowered at post moon lord did you do your research into the balancing before making this?
Also most likely would fit best in a mod
