As the screenshot I took above, the attacker connected to my terraria server several times, making the server full and no one else can connect to the server unless restarted. This has happened twice last week.
I used to thought it was caused by bugs, but after searching on Google I found this github issue, and there are even some dedicated DoS tools to download. Although the github issue is about Tshock, I am using the official server and it seems that it has the same question.
