The ancient light armor is a hallowed version of the corruptions ancient shadow armor, it would be a good armor set to get when you just get into hardmode. The bonus from each piece would be movement speed and the set bonus could be increased magic damage. A drop chance would be a bit more frequent than ancient shadow armor, about 1/500 chance for one peice.

What sort of stats would the armor have? All the other "ancient" armors have the same stats as their non-ancient counterparts (except for ancient cobalt, but there's a reason for that), so it seems fitting to continue the theme if it's a hallowed counterpart.
  • Ancient shadow armor is equivalent to shadow armor.
  • Ancient cobalt armor is equivalent to jungle armor.
  • Ancient necro helmet is equivalent to necro helmet.
  • Ancient gold helmet is equivalent to gold helmet.
  • Ancient iron helmet is equivalent to iron helmet.

I guess the non ancient counterpart would be the forbidden armor or the magic titanium set
 
In my opinion are missing the "ancient" parts of armor:
  • Copper;
  • Tin;
  • Lead;
  • Platinum;
And complete "ancient" armor from:
  • Crimtane;
  • Orichalcum;
  • Mythril;
  • Palladium;
  • Adamantite;
  • and Titanium.
