NPCs & Enemies Any changes in lunatic cultest?

Well I think that Lunatic cultest is an easy boss to activate the final event in the game, so I was wondering if we can give him changes:

the fight starts when he absorb the power of the floating celestial seigel, so he must be somewhat more powerful than now, that doesn't deny the fighting now, but I think it can be more like you're really fighting something worth for triggering the last event in the game, like having 2 phases, in the second phase the power he absorbed control him, there will become a flaming yellow aura around him and will shout out a huge voice (like in dragon ball lol) and will become more violent and his attacks will be different, faster and harder, and when he dies, instead of just blowing up to pieces like some balloon, how about animate his dying to be like he is using what has left of power to activate the last event in the game.
 
You must to consider that the Lunatic Cultist is not other thing than Celestial Event's Trigger

There's no reason to make it too much stronger

In all 4 difficulties, it is a treat only in Master and Legendary, where it can easily overwhelm you if you aren't careful enough, even with Luminite Sets (tell for experience)

Lunatic cultist despite what people often think is really interesting and complex boss. I learned it during a randomized weapon run when me and my friend got some pretty low dps weapons.
He has variety of complex spell attacks, some of them i did not know existed until this run. I strongly belive that it is one of rare bosses which only needs health and defence buff.
In normal playthrough he's nothing more than a glorified dps check which is killed before he even fires most of his attacks.
