It would be there for looks.
I want to call it "THE PENGUIN ARCADE!!!".

Well, it'd be a furniture item, and it would be a terraria arcade cabinet.

You can interact with this? You can play games in the arcade? I support the idea, but i think you should change some things:

1st: You will can play games in the arcade

2nd: You will get rewards when you win the games (like an armor or a weapon)

3rd: The arcade will be not endgame (Hardmode?)
