Arkhalis is shaking my character!!!

If i place cursor under my character, hold and use archalis and fly charachter starts showig in two directions at once
i cant show that because only one direction per frame and it changing fastly
Edit it only works if it approximately 6-10 degrees of vertical position in front of characters move direction

I tried to reproduce it works not one time. I can reproduce this make video and somehow send to you.

You can point this as Working as designed because i am moving (etc it is making actual cusor being behind visual one as i understand) and also if i move and shooting Eventide with cursor near to character causes high inaccuracies of arrows
