Hunter, have you had any Truffle-related incidents? If so, what happened?

I used to hunt mushroom monsters a lot because the mushrooms make them delicious, but I stopped after finding out how weird Glowing Mushroom magic is. One time, I stopped brushing off the spores they always covered me in because I'd just get covered again. After leaving too many on too long, they stuck onto me and made me want to find somewhere dark and damp. The monsters left me alone after that. Turns out if you get invested, you die but you don't make you explode into gore. Your mushroom controlled zombie keeps wandering around. The Truffle keeps him as a pet. It weirds me out...

I helped my parents get sea sick by singing about how much the boat was rocking. That shouldn't count as less help than doing nothing though.

This isn't even close, but I fought a Pirate Captain that leaped from a flying boat. It was a good enough fight that I couldn't be mad that he wanted a fight to the death and we had a drink when he moved in the next morning. Well, I had a drink. He had more than one.

I've swam across the ocean because I missed that there were ships going where I needed to go. Swimmers swim across the ocean all the time, so I thought it wouldn't be that bad the first time. I was wrong.

I've seen been killed by Betsy and the Tavernkeep told me a lot about her because it came from his world. Off topic, but the root beer from his home world is amazing. It tastes sweet and doesn't cause hangovers, but you still need an ale to get Tipsy.

Either Ice for cooling off or Lightning to use on a power generator.

I don't know what kinds of things dragons can breath, but I think I'd chose fire even if I did know. Most of the stuff I'd be using it on is stuff I'd want to cook anyway.

Do you mean the move Dragon Breath or other moves like Flamethrower or Ice Beam? I'd go with breathing the black fog of Haze if you don't mean Dragon Breath.
(Dragon Breath is a 60 Power Dragon attack with a 30% chance to paralyze. Haze is a status move that resets stat changes, which is very nice against opponents that boost their Attack or lower your Defense.)

Leech Seed. Not only does it limit how long they can stand, but it also heals your Pokemon. I don't get why it heals the Pokemon you send out instead of just the user if you switch though... Meh, who cares?

Leech Seed. Same reason. For the sake of saying something more interesting, my favorite non-status move too, Struggle. It's the move you use when you can't use any other moves any more. I reset if I have to use it in Status Moves Only because it's an attack, but it feels good when the opponent finally uses it. It's a weak 50 Power typeless attack that has a massive recoil of 1/4 the user's max HP.

My favorite part is the alternate NPCs. Being able to swap rare items with similar items is really nice and I haven't used unsafe walls, but it's amazing that you can make them. The permanent upgrades are really nice, but combat ones and Galaxy Pearl make me feel like not knowing about Shimmer is a major disadvantage. Phasing through blocks if you fall in is a neat gimmick too.

That weird pink purple stuff that turns me into an arctic fox? I'm pretty sure it's pure liquid magic. I jump in if I'm going to be spending a while in the tundra. It's weird being a different type of fox because I'm still a fox so I don't feel that different other than being fluffier, but it's so easy to forget the differences, which is annoying if I try to climb because gray foxes are so much better at climbing than arctic foxes.

Turns out you explode into stone instead of gore if a Medusa's gaze kills you. I found a rebuilt statue of myself the second time I found the marble cavern.

Yes to all three and French Toast is the best of them by far. I've never had crepes.

Maybe I'm too much of a purist, but I'm not a fan of fusions. That said, The Psyduck Eevee is pretty funny. I get the feeling it's supposed to look cursed, but it looks too goofy to be uncanny.

The first one looks like a sad slug stuck in a shell. The second one is what I'd imagine buy done way funnier. They're both hilarious but I'd go with the second.

RPG. I'm a shameless Min Maxer when I'm not having fun with gimmicks.

In Final Fantasy VII I grinded Chochobo racing to get Barret 8 Counter Materia. 8 Attacks for every time you get attacked is kind of overpowered.

There's also the fun of "optimized" stuff when restricting yourself, like the Shedinja I have that has no EVs. (Simplified explanation: More EVs in a stat means a higher stat. Shedinja's gimmick is it's immune to attacks that aren't super effective but always has 1 HP, so HP and both Defense stats are useless. Mine only knows Status moves, so Attack and Special Attack are useless, and I want Shedinja to go last so I don't want Speed.)

Fighting games! Yes, I get the irony, especialy because my main is Mii Brawler.
(I main Mii Brawler. It sucks, but it's fun and it's the character I feel like I know how to use.)

Probably brief bursts of using it for less than a second to make people stop tapping.

I'd usually rather not use it. Usually. If had that power against another group like Team Rocket or Team Plasma, I'd lead an army of traitors against their leader and release control as soon as the police came and their boss was taken down.

He likes being treated like a pet. If he lets his instincts control him too much he forgets how to talk and that he's human. His friendly instincts would not let that end well because he'd forget to not abuse the power and he wouldn't let you stop.

...or answer them to the best of his ability... There's a reason I didn't add him to the OP. This was the description I gave when the edge lord was brought up earlier in this AMA.

His appearance: A black kimono or gi style robe, black jeans with several slashes that have been sewn shut, black boots, a black mustached goatee, black eye shadow, black painted claw like fingernails, black Sephiroth like hair with less shampoo and the strands in his face being thinner than Sephiroth’s, a black hood that appears to have a cape hanging off of it until you realize it’s his hair hanging out of the gap between his hood and robe, and an (apparently) black soul.

I know he looks like a stereotypical Edge Lord's Edgy Character, but that's the point. I even stole his backstory from the Youtube Chanel Terrible Writing Advice to make him look like an Edge Lord out of game too. "My tragic backstory is my writer forgot to give me a backstory." The twist is he has extreme social anxiety and dress that way because it gets him left alone.

He wouldn't be very good for an AMA unless you like someone who answers everything with three dots.
