Game Mechanics auto place allows torches to be auto placed on platforms

Currently torches must be manually placed on platforms, unless there is a background/wall behind it.
This makes lighting sky bridges a chore and disrupts any patterns or uniformity.

I don't know why this wasn't already a thing, but I know it will be much less taxing on my patience.
