Bleeding debuff should do damage if you're in water in the Ocean biome.

I agree that something needs to happen in the ocean biome if bleeding but I think multiplying the shark/any hard mode counterpart spawn rate by some ridiculous amount.

Of course I'm probably missing something, I have no idea why that's a part of this anyway.

Also I really want the tongue with another one of your suggestions that allows you to grapple onto enemies. Titan slayer gear or something like that?
