I'll post any new speedruns that I would like to share in this thread, rather than making a new thread for every video!

This is a any % seeded TAS speedrun.
Terramap was used to find the Plantera Bulb.
The dupe glitch which can be found here:
was used throughout.
Seed:1736738089 This seed allows us to get scourge of the corrupter before Plantera thanks to a world generation bug.

There is a lot to be improved with this time, but thanks to the techniques employed this run is only a 4~ minutes slower than the fastest ever NORMAL Moon Lord. I know I don't seem super happy at the end of this world record breaking run, speedrunners curse, but I'm actually very proud how far we've come from the previous record which is nearly twice as long.

Thanks to everyone who watches and enjoys this. I will be bringing you updated runs and getting this time below two hours.
 
Man, to think that the world record time for Moon Lord used to be a long 8 hours. Now it's getting under two. Impressive.

Right? We've come a long way through experience and experimentation. I'm sure we will make even more breakthrough in the near future.

I certainly have to credit the introduction of seeds as the biggest change to speedrunning to date. Thanks re-logic. :D

you and all your mates should speedrun to sash-ex. who can kill sash first wins. then clock the time.. add it to the record book. that's.. IF you clock a time. x)
