This is a completely useless item. If you wanted it to be effective, too bad. It has a 1/50 chance to be found in wooden chests. It does not count as the main item.
It may or may not be a reference to Realm of the Mad God.

Barely Operational Magic Thingy- slow use time- 100 mana- it has a 99% chance to summon 5-10 Hideous Implings with 50 health, no armor, 100%KB resist.

They zip towards the player at high speeds and attack them. The other 1% of the time you use it, it destroys all non-boss enemies onscreen.

Barely balanced because 1% for not dying is a bit low, but I like the idea. This'd make getting stuck while exploring caves all them more interesting!

I like Make the imps scale with tiers (boss kills, ect) and this would be a great troll item, just put a cooldown on it.
