The drawing thing I use doesn't even have a fill function! So everything is full of lines.

Okay now that I look at them side by side they're basically the same picture

I haven't decided what to call her yet, but she takes heavy inspiration from Ashley from WarioWare.

5. Cute Chef
This character is a chef I also haven't decided on a name yet

If it helps: The one on the left is an anthropomorphic dog in a costume similar to Batman's, and the one on the right is reminiscent of Two-Face.

I mean, you're free to draw as you please, but I'd prefer for them to look like they do in-game.

is this an official design I can use that isnt a mii and wont let nintendo to consume me like they're trying to do with palworld for existing

You can definitely just use this as a design for now

You can also use the drawings you quoted as the “official design” but eventually I’ll make a new drawing of him that’s less horrendous

If you’re that worried about copyright you will probably be fine with the image attached as long as you don’t literally trace him

I can’t answer without basically explaining how to dox me, but I’ve deleted all the old photos taken on my phone and from now on the issue should be gone
