I was wondering if there was anyway to get wall creepers in hardmode, I didn’t fill them in the bestiary and now I am in hardmode

Unfortunately, they only spawn in pre-hardmode frequently. Extremely rare spawns in hardmode.

There is a Wall Creeper statue that can spawn them when wired if you can find it, and according to the Wiki, 1.4 allows them to spawn in Hardmode at a greatly reduced rate.

The best way to find the Wall Creeper statue is by searching the dungeon. If it hasn't generated in your world, make a new world, defeat Skeletron, and search the dungeon there. Eventually you should stumble upon a Wall Creeper statue, which you can bring back to your original world.

Wall creepers can still spawn in hardmode. This was a change made in 1.4 to make it possible to still obtain them in the Bestiary.

They are a little less common compared to black recluse, but if you spend enough time near a spider biome, you should get a few.
