NPCs & Enemies Betsy & Lunatic Cultist should have exclusive expert mode drops

These bosses have not had an expert mode drop since their inception despite both of them being major bosses and one of them being required to complete the game.
They get the Master Mode pets and trophies, they both have expert mode treasure bags (even if cultists is unused) and they even get the mechanical changes from these difficulties and yet they still dont have expert mode drops like Shield of Cthulhu or Worm Scarf.

Betsy & Cultist are also very unique and fun bosses, its just kind of a pity they get left out of this since they could honestly have some really interesting expert mode items, they just dont feel complete without one since every other major boss of the game has one and some are even really freakin good like the aforementioned 2.

I think the idea of cultist not dropping anything except the ancient manipulator just stuck around and they decided to never give him anything
i do agree with betsy however, not having an expert mode drop for betsy is pretty annoying, but betsy is a crossover boss so that's prob why they never tried to give her anything
