I made a Texture Pack that turns the Redigit Dev-Set into a red and white (rather than blue and yellow) variant. Here's a Preview of what it looks like:

Have you found the wings textures? If not, in the game files, they're just "Wings_Number"

In this case, Red's Wings are "Wings_3"
