Not there because the recolor is based on the normal Eye of Cthulhu and not that one... looks cool though.

Yeah it is but not an official sprite of EoC that's what I am saying you were asking why it didn't have the red line but I am saying it didn't have it was because I wasn't basing the sprite on that image you sent so I didn't add it
