I think there should be a tornado boss called Spin Storm. They dash at you and suck you up. It also summons angry wind spirits and shoots debris at you. They can go above you then drill into the ground also.
It drops a staff of storm, which is a magic weapon that summon tornadoes similar to the tome of infinite wisdom.
It can also drop a melee weapon called a cloud buster, which on hit, shoots piercing lighting bolts.
It also drops a ranged gun that shoots like a shotgun, called a tornado blast.
And of course a summon weapon that summons nimbus clouds that rain on enemies.
It has 38,000 health in expert.
