Boss Royale: Twins vs Skeletron Prime

Fight takes place in the space biome. Who would win?

I would think Skeletron Prime would win, as he has higher defence overall (higher than Retinazer throughout and higher than Spaz until his second phase) and would be completely immune to Spazmatizm's cursed flame debuff. Also, SP is a smaller target that moves much more erratically. Thanks to this I would guess that the twins would have a much harder time hitting SP than he would hitting them. Even with both hitting each other equally, I think SP would have a higher DPS with all his different attacks that go on at once.
