So I had a meteorite helmet and chest plate as well as iron leggings, I was smashing crimson hearts for more meteors, of course BoC appears. I used my piercing water bolt to kill his minions, then he enters faze 2. I hit him twice with my spear. If I remember correctly, he turns invisible and reappears near the top of the screen. He exits the screen and then dies immediately above me. I got the loot but I feel as though I don't deserve it.
I have two theories as to how he died.
Option 1: Bug
Option 2: All the water bolts that I shot just happened to conglomerate at the exact spot that he went and all hit him. (Cannot verify, couldn't see since he was off-screen)
I shot about 8-10 water bolts
FYI: I had no arena and wasn't even prepared to fight him, rough terrain so water bolts could easily be stuck in a corner.
