Xbox One bug achievement on xbox

the achievement to collect all armor sets on xbox is not working i have all the armors i saw in youtube videos and friends of mine that will get the achievement and i can't even get more armor than i need

Based only on that picture, you could be missing sunglasses, bucket, maybe some other ítems that are considered armor like gear the traveling merchant sells, and many summoning armor sets.
The achievement could have gotten updated, better to check each item You can get that gives defense points on the wiki.
