PS4 [BUG/CRASH] Using Last Prism at certain times crashes the game.

The day the crash started to happen, I could freely use the Last Prism without the game crashing. And then it suddenly did.
The next day, the game crashes specifically when using the Last Prism within a time span of 3-10 minutes.

I'd assume this is a bug in the world, since the game crashed the first time as I was fighting the Lunatic Cultist.
