A biome of eternal flame, this serves as a pre-hardmode version of the hallow since it spreads onto other forests near it. This biomes trees give wood and coal. But the coal can now be used to make coal bricks which is a black version of red brick. The biome also holds a weaker version of the hellbat called flame bat and the lava slime. The burning forest can be purified by using the Extinguisher Cannon sold by the gunsmith when raining for 5 gold. In hardmode the Burning forest turns into a small underworld biome with demons, fire imps and tortured souls. This biome spawns no enemy’s while raining. Also during pre-hardmode it doesn’t spread rapidly but it’s noticable and in hardmode it spreads faster if it hadnt been extinguished.
