tModLoader Cactus Damage

Cactus Damage adds a mechanic that when any player touches a cactus, that player takes 6 to 8 damage by default (this can be changed in the config) and gets knocked back (which can be disabled in the config).

The concept of taking damage when hitting a cactus is a welcome one when it comes to hardmode, though I figure the knockback could be a configuration option. I don't remember the last time a cactus ever punched me in the face.

I have noted this but currently, I can't figure out how to do it without bugs. I'll try again when I'm not as busy
