PC Camera don't follow Golf Ball

When using dual monitors, the camera does not follow the golf ball.
Is it possible to have the camera follow the golf ball while using dual monitors?
I confirmed that the camera follows when not using dual monitors.

I don't have a dual monitor setup myself, but I have asked around a few of those that do. For them, the camera properly tracks the golf ball. Is there anything else in your situation that might be relevant? E.g. a particular type of ball, club, or map? Does it happen all of the time or only some of the time?

This problem always occurs when using dual monitors.
I haven't tried all the patterns, but it looks like the color of the ball, the size of the map, the difficulty level, and the type of club are irrelevant.
There are two behaviors that are worrisome: the camera tries to move for a moment when I hit the ball (a few frame), and even if I turn off the dual monitor, the camera does not follow the ball unless I restart the PC.
