I can’t can’t click anything on the menu and it’s not my mouse because it works in other games

Could you please try the following and advise if it works?

1. Go to C:\Users\[Name]\Documents\My Games\Terraria
2. Delete or rename the file config.json
3. Delete or rename the file input profiles.json
4. Restart Terraria

This will clear any of your settings, so you may need to change resolution, cursor colour, etc. back. But it will also fix and input problems that might be causing issues on the menu.

There's a similar thread (which I quoted) PC - I have no control over my mouse in menus (But only sometimes???) and Leinfors has some additional advice that might help if the above steps don't work.
