On a side note, it's not supposed to appear at all. Are you forcing it to quickmana through the mana flower? I only tested it using quickmana manually. If the mana flower's code runs after MidUpdate, you might want to try PostUpdate instead.
 
I consummed some Mana potions manually. You're right, with PostUpdate it doesn't appear at all. Thank you verry much for that <3
 
Well... Truth to be told, even if it doesn't appear visually, it may actually be in place for a frame. Just not when rendering. Well, as long as that suits you.
