Xbox 360 Can i join ppl's game with out Xbox live?

Not sure what you mean by it not being Terraria related, but no, you cannot join an online multiplayer game without Xbox Gold.Not terrarria related
You can play local multiplayer with just Xbox Live, and without having Xbox Gold.
