PC Can lunatic Cultist spawn during blood moon or solar eclipse

Hello i have a question i beated the game and i wanted to summon lunatic cultist but during waiting there was blood moon and solar eclipse (luck) but when i came back to dungeon they didnt spawned and dungeon was not been modified but in case im sending photo

Interestingly, the Wiki doesn't advise on this...
My understanding is that the Lunatic Cultist follows the same rules as NPCs and won't appear if there is an invasion, Blood Moon or Solar Eclipse. If another day passes and the Cultist has not shown up, try defeating Golem again. This should cause the Cultist to respawn the following morning (provided the next day isn't another Solar Eclipse).
