You could make it a combination between ftw and drunk world or celebration seeds or make ftw and legendary mode separate difficulties. I think this would be a good idea to balance out fun and difficulty more.

I think the closest is:
Enter FTW in journey and set the difficulty to 2.50.
Don't use any other journey power if you want to do a 1.4.3 FTW run.
