You can already upload images straight from your files.

To do so click "Upload a File" under the post box.

Then click "Browse"

And lastly choose if you want the image(s) to display as a thumbnail or full image.

The forum software doesn't support that method for signatures, sorry. You'll have to upload images to an online hosting service to have them appear.

I don't think that will work either, there needs to be a public URL link to the image.

I suggest making an imgur account (or similar hosting site) and upload your images there.
