Cannot delete thorium (tmodloaded) character or world

Like the title, I cannot delete my steam modded players or world. They aren't favourited or on the cloud. Please help!
 
Can you provide more information? Is there no delete button? Does the delete button not work? Do they disappear ingame but not the files in a file explorer?
A screenshot of the ingame menu might help too, in addition to a list of all the mods you have enabled.
 
There is a delete button, but the thing is, for one of my characters, there is TWO of them. For one of them, the delete doesn't work, and for the other, it does work. One does in fact disappear, but not in the file explorer. I can't seem to delete in file explorer either. I have cheat sheet, thorium, and recipe browser, with HERO's mod and calamity installed but disabled
