Can't choose world seed

I can't seem to choose the world seed.
I choose the size, difficulty, name and then it starts generating the world but it won't let me choose the seed.
Anyone can help?

Selecting a world seed is an experimental feature, you need to manually toggle that on.

go to config.json (documents > My games > Terraria) open it with notepad, and then search for experimental features and swap 'false' to 'true'.

If doing correct, you'll be able to use a world seed after selecting a name.
