Can't create a profile(character)

When i finish the character creation, it doesn't create the character.I have tried this many times but the character won't show up anywhere

Hi @Omegalightning, please can you provide us with more information about the device you are playing on? Things to include that will help are Operating System and general PC specs such as RAM, Processor, Graphics Card etc.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? (Make backups of all your characters/worlds before you do this, keep them somewhere safe)

I can't create a character and yes i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.I don't have characters so there is nothing to backup

Have you tried downloading character files from the internet? (Of course, this is not an official way of making charachters)
