I don't see how this is technical support. Hallow doesn't spread to mud (nor do corruption and crimson), so of course it wouldn't spread to the jungle. It seems like you pretty much said "take hallow blocks and put them on hallow-spreadable blocks so that they spread."

corruption and crimson will turn mud to dirt also if you want to make ur jungle a hallowed take the clentaminator to it and it will MAKE the mud dirt for hallow
