Can't get texture pack to work

Currently trying to get a texture pack to work, as it didn't come ready to be used. Can anyone help me? The attached file is a zipped version of the file I'm using, as well as the original file it came in.

do you realize that those imaes are XNB, and texture pack don't load them? You will have to replace orginal XNB images with them
