Can't load modded server.

So, my friend and I wanted to start a new Terraria world with the Tremor mod installed. However, whenever I try to load the server in Terraria it will stay on Starting Server until the end of time (or until I stop it). When I load it using the mod loader's server bat file, it will work fine until it settles liquids for about 5ish times, then it says that the load failed. Am I doing something wrong, or this mod just not meant for multiplayer? If you could help it would be appreciated!
