PS4 Cant save and exit

When i try to save and exit it gets stuck on 100% on saving map data and sometimes when im in the world for a while and it tries to auto save it cant it just gets stuck on the revolving flower and when im in the world for a while and then try to save and exit it cant because it gets stuck on the revolving flower
 
Well have you tried waiting? Just curious. Hoe long have you waited if you have? I would probably leave it running and do something else while it is saving
